B.J. Medical College, Ahmedabad

In the year 1871, Ahmedabad Medical School was established and it was under affiliation of Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad. The medical school started with just 14 students who took hospital assistant training. After eight years, Sir Byramjee Jeejeebhoy contributed 20000 rupees to the school and then it was named as B.J Medical School. By the year 1946, B.J Medical School grew substantially and achieved high status for itself.   

B J Medical College, Ahmedabad is the biggest college in the country and they have produce number of qualified doctors compared to any other medical college. It is the biggest college of qualified and eminent scholars in the entire country. B J Medical College, Ahmedabad is the only hope for students willing to pursue MBBS degree in the entire state of Gujarat.
